Hi,
i send you my detals before a week but i did not get answer yet.
Please tell me can you do it for me or not ?
This my site is for demo version and for me to understood booking component - it is not for comercial use.
It is importent to me to see how it works and can it works on my server before i decide to make some serious booking sistem.
Because of that i would like to get answer from you - it is possible to resolve my situation or not ?

Hi,
Please do not post your web server accounts in the forum, it is very dangerous for your website because forum is a public place.
As I replied in previous post, you can use Solidres for free but the support is not, make sure that you check our Support Policy first:

But I am Solidres's subscribers already- i have my password and username.
I subscribe for free plan ! And ther is write :
Choose FREE if you want to evaluate Solidres or you only need basic features.
And i want to use only basic fatures . I really do not understood ?
We talk about basic features or ?

Hi,
A subscriber is a person who subscribes for one of our paid plans (SINGLE, BUNDLE, DEVELOPER). The FREE plan does not need to be subscribed to download. With a FREE plan, you are free to download, use and modify Solidres and FREE plan does not come with support from us.
Hope that helps to make things clearer.

Do you say that this figure can work only if i paid ?
If the answer is no.
I will install your component with another web page and in another host - i hope it is ok for you - to see dose your component work for me or not?

Hi,
From what I can see at this moment, your server has some issues, the only way to fix it is to make a deep check of your server but this is outside of the FREE plan support scope.
You can make a test by install it to your localhost or another server to confirm. If this issue comes from Solidres, we will provide a fix for it.
