Hi,

I think it is better to check all of my recommendation first. That's the only way to find the root cause of your issue.

ok, i found the issue.
Without joomla SEF activated your component works, but with Joomla SEF enabled, your component is unable to generate SEF links - the processing order button will give a "normal" link without SEF, and this is the why the component doesn't works.
Please solve, thanks

Hi,

Make sure that you do not have this file:

/components/com_solidres/router.php

If that file exists, you need to delete it first.

Hi,

I asked that in order to confirm the upgrade worked as expected. Solidres works fine with SEF. Do you have any other 3rd extensions installed? Below are some steps that you should take to find the root cause:

1. If you have a local web server: install a brand new Joomla then install Solidres into it, do not install any other extensions, then test with both SEF on/off.

2. Or you can use your current web server to install a brand new Joomla and Solidres, do not install any other extensions/templates, then test with both SEF on/off.

In addition, what is your current webserver and its version? If it is Apace, does it configured with mod_rewrite?
