So for other users who are having the same issue, make sure that you follow these steps:

1. Make sure that your web server is configured properly, if you use Apache as webserver, make sure mod_rewrite is installed and enabled (you can contact your hosting support about that).

2. Make sure that you configure your Joomla with SEF correctly:

When your Joomla site has a lot of 3rd extensions, it is hard to find the root cause of any issues therefore it is better to clone your site to some sub folder, then with the cloned site, uninstall all 3rd extensions to test. If you install any SEF components other than Joomla SEF, uninstall them or add Solidres as an exception (Solidres only supports Joomla SEF feature).

3. Test with other servers or test with your local host (you can use some great program like XAMPP (www.apachefriends.org/index.html) or WAMP (www.wampserver.com/en/) to set up a local web server), this steps will help you to find out if the issue can comes from your hosting provider. There is always a war between software developers and hosting providers. This step is important.
