Info modal during booking process (Experiences)

In the booking process, there is a checkbox which needs to be ticked before the guest can continue - agreeing to the trerms, and the privacy policies...

However, I would like them to be forced to read some important information, and agree to it, before booking can continue. Preferably the modal would come up automatically when the page opens...

instead of complicating Solidres, why not use Engage Box www.tassos.gr/joomla-extensions/engagebox for it.
It can cover quite all needs.

I normally use Pop-up Aholic for these things - I just wasn't sure if it would appear in the middle of the semi-automated booking process... I haven't had time to test it yet, but will hopefully get around to it this week.
