Booking per room and per full house at the same time

It´s a nice idea but why should it be programmed ?
I have the same problem as a small holiday rentals agency.
Make a message for the customer and use for example the coupons.
Example your House have 4 rooms. for every room you have tax / price (house-room-1, house-room-2 ...)
If the customer now want rent the complete house, he check for free at / over the availability calendar. He see there are 4 rooms left free.
Now he can select count 4. In this case and only in this case he insert the coupon code.
that´s all. your house is rent and no more rooms are available.
If you have different prices for the rooms then he can booking this too. but only every room extra.
