More fields for taxes (eg. local taxes) in asset.

Hi,

it's useful to have the possibility to define more than one tax for each asset. At least one extra field is necessary to handle the local taxes. The calculation looks like this:

Room price: 100 per person per night
VAT: 20
Local tax: 1 per person per night
Total: 121

The tax calculator should implement the calculation variants like those, that are implemented in extra costs (per person, per night, etc.) , so to be flexible enough, to handle the most common cases.
