I agree with with Booking Conditions and Privacy Policy tick box

I am building the free solidres booking system on my website but I cannot finish a reservation on the frontend as it is not allowing me to tick the "I agree with with Booking Conditions and Privacy Policy" tick box. I have also observed that when I try using the reservation module instead of the choose cursor I get the "cannot access" cursor but still can choose the dates from the calendar.

I have tried search this problem but cannot find a solution to finalise the Solidres booking system on my website - www.margeritagozo.com.
