Error 0 right after installation was created by luchius
I can get to the admin login page, but the index page shows me an

Error: 0
Class "JOverrideDatabase" not found

Any ideas on what went wrong?

I attempted to just delete everything and retry 2 times but am having no luck

Hi,

This class JOverrideDatabase is from Falang component, please disable it or upgrade it to the latest version, then try again.
