[2.13.1 Issues] Properties List SEF URL & Bootstrap 5

Hi guys,
PHP 7.4.33 + Joomla 4.2.6 + Solidres 2.13.1 etc.

1 - I created the Properties List menu item page develop.egulp.net/turismo/alojamiento (logically to the page it is assigned the Advanced Search module).
When I click on click on my menu item (let see it at the bottom on the right) the page is opened with the URL:
develop.egulp.net/turismo/alojamiento?country_id=165&categories[0]=30&categories[1]=38&categories[2]=31&categories[3]=32&categories[4]=37&categories[5]=33&categories[6]=34&categories[7]=35&categories[8]=36&categories[9]=39&mode=grid&default_search_ordering=7
While it should be: develop.egulp.net/turismo/alojamiento
Please, Do you have a fix ?

2 - I'm using the sortfilterbar. It is time to use the standard Bootstrap 5:
- the "Sort" and "Filter" to Dropdowns: getbootstrap.com/docs/5.2/components/dropdowns/
- to open the Map by using the Modal in .modal-fullscreen mode and by hiding the Header (by using CSS variables): getbootstrap.com/docs/5.2/components/modal/ (avoiding the use of …/media/com_solidres/assets/css/colorbox.css)
Do you agree ?
