when a customer books the experience, the notification email no longer arrives to the administrator or to the customer himself.

What may have happened?

Hi,

Please configure your Joomla to send email via SMTP, it is more reliable than using PHP Mail.

Hello!

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried with smtp with dedicated email:

- test email work perfect
- unfortunately nothing sent via email
- I can see the test booking in solidres menu in joomla but no email sent
