[Resolved] User not found Error

If a partner logged into front end and then clicks on "My Info" button the error will show up.

One can test it from a new Quick Start Install

This issue is from the missing of menu item type Solidres > Partner route, please add this menu item type as a hidden menu to fix this issue.
