Hi Solidres team,
before we buy your booking solution we would like to test the component. But using the joomshaper framework
www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates/helix
gives us a blank page. The protostar template is working? The helix I template meets your requirements. Do have any idea?

Hi,
You should enable Debug and Error Reporting in Joomla Global Configuration so that we can see the real error message.

error reporting is activated - but still blank. We never had such a problem with the helix framework?!

What error reporting level do you have? Did you also enable Debug in Joomla?
