Hi,
we found the error. The module 2 Click Social Buttons had a conflict with your copmponent and wasn't loaded in protostar template.

Hi,
Actually this issue has nothing to do with Solidres, you are using an out of date module (mod_2clicksocialbuttons) which is not compatible with latest Joomla version, more information and workaround for your issue can be found here:
