Missing facilities and policies after update/ no room information in reservations was created by leokan23
So after updating to 0.8.0 all my facilities and policies are gone. furthermore you can't access the fields in the admin.
Also all the bookings after updating to 0.8.0 do not record room.
I already tried to re install solidres.
Please advise

Hi,
Update is safe and it can not delete any data.
How you did the upgrade?
You should create a new support ticket with your website address, super admin account, phpMyAdmin account and FTP account, we will check it for you.

I upgraded by installing the latest version (uploaded the zip via administrator). I had a problem with the model which was then changed with one of the files you send me. I can see the data on sr_reservation_asset_fields but it is not showing either on the frontend or the administration. I am creating a new ticket about this.

I've just replied your ticket.
The issue come from the missing plg_extension_solidres, I've re-installed it and everything is working fine now.
