Social networks linking error

Hello
In the custom fields of my asset, I have put my facebook address and twitter address as you can see in the enclosed picture.
But when I click on the facebook or twitter icons in the reservation page on the front end site, it links me to : lescarrasques.com/www.facebook.com/lescarrasques which gives a 404 error
Why is my URL (lescarrasques.com) added before the correct facebook and twitter links ? How can I solve that ?
