Hi,
Could you check our original file to see if those issues persists?
/modules/mod_sr_checkavailability/tmpl/default.php
The date format is set in both PHP and Javascript.

Hi,
I tried to remove the mod folder again, and this time it looks a bit better - I would still like the IT formatting.
More important, without the mod the date format stays the same - it may be because the mod file need updating, so I post it on IT's support forum.

Hi,
Yes, please contact your template provider and let them know that they should only modify the style (CSS), not the actual PHP and Javascript which could completely change the functionality of our original module.
