Hey there,
We have been working on setting up auto currency updates on our solidres joomla installation.
We ran into a cannot connect to DB error, which was fixed by including the framework.php
require_once JPATH_BASE . '/includes/framework.php';
Just wanted to let everyone know if they find the same issue happening.
