Right To Left Cause a problem in Asset Description

When adding description to an Asset, few lines in Arabic without selecting the RTL in the toolbar of JCE, it saves ok.
However once the RTL is selected in the JCE ; text will not save and will cause a white page.
Try copy & paste of the next Arabic Text, Save it first, then select RTL and save it again.
P.s. This does not happen when an Article is added within Joomla.

We could not find option RTL in JCE editor, could you specify it in a screenshot?

In the attached screenshot, All tools highlighted with yellow, actually cause a problem upon hitting the save button.
Namely:
* Left Align
* Right Align
* Align Center
* Align Full
* Changing font to anything other than the default
* In addition to "Direction Right To Left"

To activate the problem:
Paste the Arabic text (must have at least 2 paragraphs)
Select all the text
Click on any of the above tools
Click on Save Button

In a way to move around the Issue, I do avoid the Return Key and instead Click on Shift Enter (to get a line-break instead).
Or select this option from the configuration of the JCE editor
In Formatting & Display:
under: Container Element & Enter Key
Select the last option from the drop down menu: No Container & Linebreak on Enter

We can confirm this issue with JCE, when Joomla error reporting is enabled, it output the following error message:

( ! ) Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /libraries/vendor/joomla/string/src/phputf8/mbstring/core.php on line 94

So it is more like a Joomla issue. Then we tested with editor TinyMCE and it worked.

From the test result, look like it is a combination issue with Joomla + JCE, please report it to JCE developer so that they can have a look at it and may be fix it for next release.
