Tour size (experience plugin) not limiting reservations

Reservations are not limited by tour size

Tour size limiting runs only for "confirmed" reservations.
It would be better to limit the booking possibility based on "Pending arrival" status

(Also considering the payment method "pay later" in wich we wait for the payment until the experience date and until that date we cannot put the state "payed" and thus "confirmed")

Like accommodation booking, only confirmed reservations are officially counted.

This to prevent fake reservations that could abuse the system, bad people can make many fake reservations (Pending) and other guests can not book anymore.
