2 rooms booked, only 1 room added to system

Reception has informed me that in two cases (1 Agoda and 1 Expedia) the guest has booked two rooms in two separate bookings - ie they booked a twin room, then made a separate booking for a double room. Each room booking has its own booking number. I checked the Expedia booking and:

ExpediaPartnerCentral system - 2 bookings show correctly

MyAllocator system - 2 bookings show correctly

Solidres system - only 1 booking has been received (the 2nd booking).

Is the 2nd booking overriding/overwriting the 1st booking?
