Auto approval of subscription Shall be restricted

Although this is not a bug and was considered a feature by Solidres, I think it worth consideration as a bug (at least for some).

For subscription: previously, even free subscription requires approval of the website admin. Currently, however, free level allows auto approval of subscription. This is very dangerous and can cause a lot of flood to the website. I think approval shall be required in all cases. Otherwise, one has to make a subscription level with something like 0.1 $ price just to enforce approval requirement.

I agree completely with abosaleh.. Because in the actual situation even as 'superuser' you can't delay this free subscription!!
