How to translate informations in the room

/plugins/extension/solidres/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_extension_solidres.ini

i did that but it only changed in my host(administrator) not in the original site.for example if you see my site in persian language www.rahatourist.com it didn't change it to persian.

i mean only lable in the site doesn't change.why?
