New Apartment booking announced - summary

Hi guys,
I read the new blog article www.solidres.com/blog/2021/02/26/apartment-layout-preview/ about the upcoming Apartment booking use case.

There are few small tricks/tips/fixes that should be added to have it run very well:
- to Avoid Booking feature - quick solution in 4 steps
- to add a Complex Tariff > Mode: “month”
- Rate Plan for one day in every week (month)
- Properties / Experiences Layouts per Categories

Minor issues:
- Module assets > Category Ids - missing
- Module Advanced Search - setting to hide checkin checkout
- Partner Dashboard > Properties page: ... to open with Category/s “selected”

Guys, Are there any other suggestions to include in this summary?

by reading about the new 2.12.0 upcoming release:

- New feature highlight rate-plans min-max quantity
