How to configure Feedback
Feedback plugin allows the owner to collect guest's feedback about their stay. The owner can manage feedback from backend or from front end Hub Dashboard. There are 2 ways to create new feedback: manually by site admin/partner or by the guest.
Configuring this plugin is very easy, you need to install Solidres Feedbacks plugin (available for all subscribers) via Joomla Extension Installer, then enable it in Joomla Plugin Manager.
The feedbacks management interface can be accessed via Solidres backend → Customer Feedback section in the left navigation bar, this section has 4 sub menus.
Now it is ready for set up, first, we will need to define some feedback types, you need to have at least 01 feedback type. Example types are Trip Purpose, Guest Types, Lengh Of Stay ... They are fully configurable so that your customers reach their feedback goals.
Next, we will create some feedback type values for your feedback types.
When you are done with feedback type, it is time to create some conditions. Feedback conditions help your customers score points based on feedback criteria. It is the feedback score of customers on the Score tab.
Now you are ready to submit your first feedback.
NOTE Feedback can be created by guest with this workflow: when a reservation is "Checked-out" (you can edit the reservation, there will be Check in and Check out buttons in the toolbar) → Solidres sends an email to guest asking for feedback about their stay → Guest follow the link in email to the feedback form → Guest submit feedback → Site admin/partner review and publish it → Feedback shows up in front end (via asset single view or via Feedback module).
