Restaurant Management System (RMS) 1.4.0 BETA released

This is the major release with the biggest focus is adding Joomla 4 support, there are also other minor bug fixes and improvements. As this is a BETA release, please use it for testing purpose only, do not deploy it in your production sites.

Change log:

• Add support for Joomla 4
• Fix sample data installation in PHP 8
• Fix incorrect reservation date due to time zone
• Add missing permissions for Shifts, Turns times and Special days
• Fix UTF8 encoding issue for menu item variants showing in emails
